Today, LSD concerns the medical profession, educators, legal authorities, parents, and, not the least, prospective users among our youth. Various books have been directed at one or the other of these audiences attempting to impart available facts. This volume is a compilation of talks presented to physicians by five experts with varying degrees of experience.The temptation to compile such nonbooks from every gathering of several experts leads to inevitable faults: lack of balance, lack of a consistent style, and some redundancy. The present volume is no exception. About one third of the text is concerned with social aspects of drug use, this material being scattered through several chapters.
