TY - JOUR T1 - DOes motivational interviewing improve medication adherence? Health behavior change, and improving medication adherence in particular, is complex and challenging, and the rationale for assessing the impact of a motivational interviewing (MI)-based intervention was indeed compelling. Though the intervention failed to improve osteoporosis medication regimen adherence, we believe that the results of this study are difficult to interpret and the conclusions, potentially misleading.
