In the spirit of bringing positive change to our health care system, we successfully launched a feature in 2010 called Less Is More— under the leadership of Editor Deborah Grady, who is joined by Less Is More Patient Perspectives Editor, Rosemary Gibson. The series focuses on instances in which providing “more” health care actually results in “less” health.1 Bringing to light such practices offers the opportunity to improve health, reduce harm, and provide care at a lower cost.
