Errors in Figure. In Figure 3B of “Alcohol Consumption, Cigarette Smoking, and the Risk of Recurrent Acute and Chronic Pancreatitis” by Yadav et al, published in the June 8, 2009, issue of the Archives (2009;169(11):1035-1045), the bar illustrating the proportions for pack-years of smoking for heavy drinkers among controls was incorrect. The correct proportions for this group are 22.4% (<12 pack-years), 30.3% (12-35 pack-years), and 11.8% (>35 pack-years). The number of controls shown in the very heavy drinking category was also incorrect; the correct number is 34.
