Error in Text. In the Original Investigation titled “Physician Professionalism and Changes in Physician-Industry Relationships From 2004 to 2009” by Campbell et al, published in the November 8 issue of the Archives (2010;170[20]:1820-1826), an error occurred on page 1823. In the right-hand column, under the subhead “PIRs and Prescribing Brand-name Drugs,” the second sentence should have read “After adjusting for personal, professional, and practice characteristics, 23.2% of those with at least 1 PIR compared with 35.5% of physicians without PIRs reported that in the last year they had never prescribed a brand-name drug when an equivalent generic was available (not shown in the Figure).”
