    A number of articles separately link active tuberculosis with the foreign-born, the alcoholic, the prisoner, the low-income individual living under high-contact situations, and now the drug-dependent (Archives 139:337-339, 1979). Is this not rediscovering the disease in the same population and each time attributing the risk of infection to a different variable?
