Although I realize that some controversy still remains concerning the degree of pathogenicity of this organism, it is considered by many workers to be a cause, if not the most important cause, of so-called nonspecific vaginitis.It is unfortunate that a rather major aspect of vaginal infections is not included in an otherwise interesting approach to common problems.
