Other chapters describe use of corticosteroids and antihistamines in the treatment of gastrointestinal and food allergy, management of ectopic dermatitis, and reactions to routine immunizations.The second portion is devoted to rehabilitation. This is a remarkably comprehensive symposium which incorporates rehabilitation of patients with cardiopulmonary disease, neurologic disability, and various musculoskeletal syndromes (including arthritides, myopathies, and amputations). An excellent chapter provides a thorough review of basic principles, techniques, and problems that attend disuse and immobilization. This is another splendid issue, maintaining the high quality of this
