AB This is a report of the proceedings of the Second Annual Symposium on the Physiology and Pathology of Human Reproduction (date of the symposium is not provided). Fourteen outstanding investigators representing disciplines of gynecology, oncology, biochemistry, endocrinology, and anatomy gathered from Sweden, Canada, and the United States. Their discussions bracketed contemporary events in ovarian physiology and pathology. Illustrations are scattered strategically throughout the text. A chapter by Evans on "Ovarian Follicular Hyperplasia," and one by Goldzieher on, "The Interplay of Adrenocortical and Ovary Function" are especially noteworthy.
