AB Law for the Physician is directed to the practicing physician to acquaint him with fundamental principles for forensic law. I can recall a more relaxed time when physicians looked upon such discussions as an interesting but somewhat remote aspect of their art. But the specter of litigation always looms in the peripheral vision of the contemporary practicing physician. Physician-lawyer Wasmuth has performed a valuable service to his medical colleagues; armed with the information presented here, in comprehensible language, the physician will be in a better position "to avoid legal complications in his practice." So here are 583 pages of additional homework.
