AB The book is written for laymen but is applicable to all—laborer, executive, or professional folk. The theme is prevention as it relates to anything which impedes performance on and off the job. Its message does not stop there because the job is treated as a possible cause of conditions which eventually make the holding of it impossible—overextension mentally or physically.
