AB Dr. Mogensen's handsome monograph on the size of the red blood cells seems to include all there is to be known on this subject. There are chapters on methods of determining the size of the red cells, followed by the author's measurements for normal persons and finally detailed discussions of the size of the cells in various diseases. There are many interesting tables and curves as well as a bibliography of 302 references. The book should be of great use to the hematologist and the special student.
