It is written in scholarly fashion and is well printed, with good illustrations. As the title suggests, it deals with the pathology of vascular disease.There are nine chapters in the book, not including an introduction, a foreword, a concluding chapter and two bibliographies. The first of the bibliographies was assembled by the authors and is referred to throughout the text; the second was first published by Dr. Elizabeth Ramsey in her review of the literature on nutrition of the blood vessels in the Yale Journal of Biology and Medicine, in October 1936, and now has been brought up to date.
