AB This is a clinical study done under the direction of Dr. Bloch, and the monograph is presented as a thesis for the M.D. degree. The work embraced a study of between 200 and 300 patients. The literature is presented and discussed ably and critically, but there is nothing essentially new in either the facts or the theory presented.
