The second listed trial registration number was incorrect in the abstract of “Effect of a Pharmacist on Adverse Drug Events and Medication Errors in Outpatients With Cardiovascular Disease” by Murray et al, published in the April 27, 2009, issue of the Archives (2009;169[8]:757-763). The correct number is NCT00388817.
