Data Error in Table 2 and Typographic Errors in Text.  In the Research Letter titled “Use of Angiotensin-Converting Enzyme Inhibitors or Angiotensin Receptor Blockers and Cardiovascular Outcomes in Chronic Dialysis Patients: A Population-Based Cohort Study” by Bajaj et al, published in the April 9 issue of the Archives (2012;172[7]:591-593), Table 2 contained a data error in the calcium channel blocker (CCB) column, coronary revascularization secondary outcome row. The correct number for this outcome is 15 occurences. In addition, multiple typographic errors were printed that did not involve data errors. All of these errors have been corrected in the online version of the article.
