Incorrect Word and Omission.

ABSTRACT

—In the article entitled "The Effects of Calciferol and Its Metabolites on Patients With Chronic Renal Failure: II. Calcitriol, 1α-Hydroxyvitamin D3, and 24,25-Dihydroxyvitamin D3," published in the June Archives (1983;143: 1205-1211), a sentence contained an incorrect word, and a phrase was omitted from a heading. On page 1207, right-hand column, line 23, the word "calcifediol" should have been "calcitriol." The entire sentence should have read, "However, after two years of calcitriol therapy, only four patients had complete resolution of the abnormalities detected by roentgenogram." On page 1209, right-hand column, the heading should have read, "METABOLIC EFFECTS OF 24,25-DIHYDROXYVITAMIN D3 IN THE PATIENT WITH UREMIA."
