Appel, MD, which appeared in the February issue (Arch Intern Med129:333-344, 1972) the following errors occurred: the synopsis-abstract, line 16, should read "markedly impaired within synaptic terminals." On page 334, column 1, line 11, should read "are intimately linked with," and in Tables 1 and 2, P values should read < rather than >. On page 336, in Fig 3 and its legend "Med" should be replaced by Lat, signifying lateral. On page 337, Table 3, column 1, the word "elements" should be deleted. On page 338, Table 4, bottom line, control value for % Ouabain Inhibition should read 63 not 73.
