In the Original Article entitled "Sequential Observations on Pulmonary Functional Derangements in Bagassosis" by Daniel E. Jenkins, MD; Suresh K. Malik, MD; Juan C. FigueroaCasas, MD; and Ralph D. Eichhorn, MD, published in the October issue (Arch Intern Med128:535-540, 1971) several errors occurred: Dr. Eichorn's affiliation was listed incorrectly. He is with the Department of Medicine, Baylor College of Medicine, Houston. Dr. Figueroa-Casas is now with the Facultad de Medicina, Universidad de Litoral, Rosario, Argentina. The first entry under Functions in column 1 of Table 2 should read "Forced vital capacity (liters)." Figure 3 should have been Fig 4, Fig 4 is the wrong illustration, and Fig 5 and 6 were trans posed. The correct Fig 3, 4, 5, and 6 are reprinted here with the appropriate legends.
