This is another in the series on Clinical Anesthesia edited by Joseph Artusio, Jr., MD, and published by F. A. Davis Co. The series is designed for the practical minded anesthesiologist and surgeon; this volume succeeds quite well in attaining this objective. The material covers the matter of lung disease in relation to anesthesia and surgery satisfactorily from standpoints of establishing the fundamental and basic factors involved and the clinical application of that information.
