Its paper quality is not outstanding; its "quasileatherette" cover tends to remain rolled and not lie flat; it suggests that it might like to be carried in a pocket, rather than sit on a shelf were it disturbs the customary array by its smallness, yet there would seem to be too few realistic occasions for its use to justify a permanent place in one's coat pocket; it has no charts, diagrams, photographs, or typographical complexity—one must indeed wonder why the publishers ask $3.50 for it. Perhaps the contents justify it?
