ABSTRACT

In a review of this book (Archives of Internal Medicine 113:905, 1964) he wrote... "Vol V of this series... and a separate volume on malabsorption syndromes are apparently not available in this country." This is not correct. All five volumes of the Proceedings are available by ordering either directly from the publishers or from any large book seller in the United States. Furthermore, the book Malabsorption Syndromes, which is published separately from the Proceedings, although it reports a symposium held at that Congress, is also available in the United States. The distribution rights for this book are held by the Hafner Publishing Company Inc., 311 Broadway, New York 10007.
