The author urges everyone to take three one-half hour sessions of physical exercise a week. Tsometric technique for exercise is the last word. Each of the individual maneuvers takes only six seconds and builds most rapidly if used only on alternate days. Dieting aimed at your weight at age of 25 is recommended and routine for 26 days is outlined. Seven pages are devoted to health audit examinations. These are in appropriate perspective. Daily walks are recommended. Most of those who read this book and follow its directions to the letter will not live to be 100.
