This is the second edition of a book which can be found in most radiology departments, especially where there are residents in training. The general outline is the same as for the first edition, with the body being radiographically dissected, section by section. The basic projections utilized in radiography are demonstrated along with a reproduction of the radiograph thus obtained and labeled line tracings. The presentation is clear and concise, and reproductions are excellent throughout.

A new chapter dealing with the protection problems involved in roentgenology has been introduced. It is brief, almost to the point of confusion, but presents current thought on permissible dose ranges. An outline of controllable factors is also presented
