Error in Author Contributions Paragraph: In the Research Letter titled “Patient Preference in the Decision to Place Implantable Cardioverter-Defibrillators” by Caverly et al, published in the July 23, 2012, issue of the Archives (2012;172[14]:1104-1105), the author contributions paragraph was missing and should have read:
